Skyfall (2012)

The Buzz: For a film that once seemed as doomed as a Vesper Lynd, Bond's latest adventure marks the 50th anniversary of the character and the first outing with director Sam Mendes running the set. The narrative, with a focus on the strained relationship between Bond and M, is more interesting on paper than the idea of re-watching Quantum of Solace, and we already know what a fit villain Javier Bardem makes.
