Warm-up Stretches

Sit on the floor with Your legs crossed.Inhale.Hold on to your shins and exhale as you arch your back,bring
your chest forward,until your upper body is C-shaped.Resume your starting position.
Repeat three Position.Repeat three or four time.
Abdomen sculptors

Lie on your back with your knees tucked up against your chest arms by your sides.Inhale.Exhale
and use your stomach muscles to lift your head and shoulders.
At the same time extend your legs in font of you until they are six inches to a foot off the floor.Resume your starting Position.Repeat five time.
Thigh Trimmers

Stand with your feet four inches apart.Inhale and reach your arms up to the celling.
Keeping your arms straight and your knees as straight as possible,bend at the waist and try to touch the floor Exhale as you slowly straighten up Repeat five time.
Body Firmers

Lie on your back with your knees tucked up against your chest.Inhale and extend your arms and legs toward the cellingumtil they are perpendicular to the floor Exhale while you contract your stomach musclesand Pull your self up onto your butt so your balanced in a V shape.
Hold for two seconds,then resume the previous position(Back on the floor).Bring your knees back in to your chest try five.
