Afghani Kebabs

Ingredients

1) Minced beef 1 kg

2) Green chilies (cut very fine) 10

3) Onions medium, chop as for omelette 2

4) Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

5) Black pepper grind coarsely 1/2 tsp

6) Tomatoes 1 kg

7) Salt to taste

8) Oil 1 cup

Directions

1. In a bowl combine mince meat, green chilies, black pepper, onions and knead them, separate into four portions.
2. Brush each portion with a little oil.
3. In a flat frying pan flatten and place one portion and cook for 4 minutes.
4. Repeat with the other portions then cut each into strips.
5. In a wok (karhai) fry the pieces slightly, add tomatoes, salt and a few green chilies and black pepper.
6. Cook till oil separates, garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
