Kafta Kababs

Ingredients

Lip smacking recipe of savory Kafta Kababs...very easy to make yet delicious in taste.
Meat - 1/2 kg Minced (Beef or Mutton)
Garlic - 4 Cloves Chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Onion - 3 pcs Chopped
Parsley - 1/2 bunch Chopped
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
All Spice Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili - 1 tsp Crushed
Ginger - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp

Directions

In a bowl mix together mince, garlic, salt , onions, parsley, coriander powder, cumin seeds, all spice powder, crushed red chili, ginger and black pepper powder.
Mix well and chop again in chopper. Soak shahslik sticks in water for 30 minutes.
Make small balls from the mince mixture and thread on the shashlik sticks. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and the fry in a grill pan or frying pan with oil.
Serve Hot in Pitta bread with salad/sauce as a sandwich or Rice.
